INICIATIVA CLUSTER COMO ESTRATEGIA DE FORTALECIMIENTO DE LAS MIPYMES DEL SECTOR DE SOFTWARE Y SERVICIOS TI DE GIRARDOT REGIÓN

Resumen

La ponencia presentada a continuación, corresponde a una propuesta de investigación formulada por la empresa Sistemas y Soluciones Integradas SAS, que junto con la Cámara de Comercio de Girardot, Alto Magdalena y Tequendama, trabajan actualmente una iniciativa para la Conformación del Clúster de Software y Servicios TI de Girardot Región.

Para su desarrollo, se emplea la metodología de Rutas Competitivas, adoptada por INNPULSA COLOMBIA para el fortalecimiento de clúster en sectores estratégicos del país. Como resultado se presentará la iniciativa y la propuesta de un plan de acción que consolida las actividades a desarrollar en el marco de la misma, en un evento de lanzamiento con distintos actores entre los que se encuentran representantes de las empresas de la cadena de valor del clúster, Cámara de Comercio, Instituciones de Educación Superior, Alcaldía de Girardot, entre otros. A partir de este encuentro, se vincularán oficialmente a la iniciativa los actores interesados y se iniciará el desarrollo de la estrategia.

Abstract

The presentation presented below corresponds to a research proposal made by the company Sistemas y Soluciones Integradas SAS, which together with the Chamber of Commerce of Girardot, Alto Magdalena and Tequendama, are currently working on an initiative for the Conformation of the Software and Services Cluster TI of Girardot Region.

For its development, the Competitive Routes methodology is used, adopted by INNPULSA COLOMBIA to strengthen the cluster in strategic sectors of the country. As a result, the initiative and the proposal of an action plan that consolidates the activities to be developed within the framework of the event will be presented, in a launch event with different actors, among which are representatives of the companies of the value chain of the cluster, Chamber of Commerce, Institutions of Higher Education, City Hall of Girardot, among others. From this meeting, the interested actors will be officially linked to the initiative and the development of the strategy will begin.
