“DECISYSTEM” SOFTWARE DE CONTROL ADMINISTRATIVO EN AMBIENTE WEB PARA LA DEFENSA CIVIL DEL GUAMO TOLIMA

Resumen

El proyecto DECISYSTEM, en el cual se basa en el desarrollo y la implementación de un sistema en ambiente web de los registros de los cuales son: Talento Humano, Emergencias, Tesorería, Inventarios, Sección De Actas y Control De Asistencia, que será desarrollado en la Junta Jurídica De La Defensa Civil Del Guamo Tolima. Para el desarrollo de la evidencia del proyecto donde se creó este documento, es importante mediante este escrito plasmar la problemática que se presenta en la institución y las soluciones que se dieron durante el desarrollo del software, adaptándolo a las necesidades del administrador y la institución. Una de las herramientas que se ejecutaron para la creación de un sistema de información adaptable y práctico fue tomar en cuenta el seguimiento del desarrollo del software DECISYSTEM y la metodología SCRUM, la cual permitió el avance del sistema de una manera flexible en el manejo de compresión del problema, usando varias técnicas para descomponer y organizar los procesos, garantizando el cumplimiento y entrega de los requerimientos del administrador. Los lenguajes de programación utilizados son PHP y de sus interfaces graficas en HTML y CSS. Y, usando la base de datos creada y administrada con el sistema de la gestión de la base de datos MYSQL se puede concluir la realización del software.

ABSTRACT

The DECISYSTEM project, in which it is based on the development and implementation of a web-based system of records of which are: Human Talent, Emergencies, Treasury, Inventories, Minutes and Attendance Control Section, to be developed by the Civil Defense Legal Board of Guamo Tolima. For the development of the evidence of the project where this document was created, it is important through this writing to reflect the problems that are presented in the institution and the solutions that were given during the development of the software, adapting it to the needs of the administrator and the institution. One of the tools that was implemented for the creation of an adaptable and practical information system was to take into account the monitoring of the development of the DECISYSTEM software and the SCRUM methodology, which allowed the advance of the system in a flexible way in the handling of compression of the problem, using various techniques to decompose and organize the processes, guaranteeing the fulfillment and delivery of the requirements of the administrator. The programming languages used are PHP and its graphical interfaces in HTML and CSS. And, using the database created and managed with the MYSQL database management system, the software can be completed.
