“AGROSYSTEM” SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN PARA EL REGISTRO Y CONTROL DE VENTAS ONLINE E INVENTARIO PARA ALMACENES DE REPUESTOS AGRÍCOLAS EN EL ESPINAL TOLIMA

Resumen

Los almacenes de repuestos para maquinaria agrícola del Espinal Tolima, requiere sistematizar la información en los procesos registro, facturación e inventario. Este proyecto se centra en brindar una alternativa para dar solución a las necesidades que se presentan en estos almacenes, en donde se analizan cada una de las actividades del sistema de información de la empresa, para tener como resultado una investigación bien estructurada y una herramienta tecnológica que permita el registro de usuarios, productos, clientes, proveedores, realización de factura electrónica, kardex, generar reportes, devoluciones y apartado de productos.

Este documento abarca la investigación que se le realizó al sistema de información de las empresas, utilizando la metodología de investigación descriptiva, con el objetivo de  obtener una mejor descripción del problema, empleando técnicas de observación para analizar y organizar cada uno de los procesos, entradas y salidas del mismo. Para así garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos del proyecto frente a los requerimientos del usuario.

También se incluyen varios temas como la metodología de ingeniería del software que se utilizó, las fases de la misma, un compendio de investigaciones o herramientas con el mismo fin en el estado del arte, el estudio de viabilidad del proyecto, un análisis de los riesgos,  requerimientos del software, su arquitectura, la explicación de las funcionalidades del mismo con diagramas UML, el estilo de programación que se manejó, la descripción de la interfaz gráfica, las pruebas de calidad que se realizaron para verificar su funcionamiento bajo el entorno real de la empresa y por último las conclusiones de la investigación.

ABSTRACT

The warehouses of spare parts for agricultural machinery of Espinal Tolima, requires to systematize the information in the processes register, invoicing and inventory. This project focuses on providing an alternative to solve the needs that arise in these warehouses, where each of the activities of the company's information system are analyzed, to result in a well-structured research and a technological tool that allows the registration of users, products, customers, suppliers, electronic invoicing, kardex, generate reports, returns and product section.

This document covers the research that was made to the information system of the companies, using the descriptive research methodology, with the aim of obtaining a better description of the problem, using observation techniques to analyze and organize each of the processes, inputs and outputs of it. In order to guarantee that the objectives of the project are fulfilled in front of the requirements of the user.

Also included are several topics such as the engineering methodology of the software used, its phases, a compendium of research or tools with the same purpose in the state of the art, the feasibility study of the project, a risk analysis, software requirements, its architecture, the explanation of its functionalities with UML diagrams, the programming style used, the description of the graphic interface, the quality tests performed to verify its operation under the real environment of the company and finally the conclusions of the research.
